Open focus is an alternate attention style that promotes readiness to attend without falling into hyper-alertness.  Most people drain their mental resources by attending in a rigid manner. Practicing Open Focus empowers you to be flexible yet sharp in your daily routine while avoiding exhausting stress.  The “Open Focus Brain” is a must read.
